The rebar Khorasan Steel Complex produces are classified into three groups: plain (240), ribbed (340) and herringbone (400). The company’s rebar matches up to Iran’s national standard 3132 (revised on June 23, 2013 – hot rolled rebar used for leveling the concrete – specifications and testing methods). Khorasan Steel Complex is also capable of producing herringbone ribbed rebar through a Quench-Temper process which is meant to improve the mechanical features of steel.
